Congratulations Danny Stephens of the Dolphin Inn Pool Team `Something Fishy`

Danny not only won the House Cup Trophy, but also a new `Cue+Plus` telescopic pool cue from Blue Moon who also supplied a `Give It Your Best Shot` coaching DVD to all players who took part, so really they were all winners. Lucky Danny already had an advantage over some of the other players because he already played with a Blue Moon telescopic cue, so he now has two! 

Pictured above is proud Danny feeling tall with his House-Cup trophy alongside gallant runner-up Lee Bird.  Danny finds that the extra reach of a telescopic cue is most useful for the longer shots as he is not the tallest player in the league. He persuaded Lee to get down on his knees for the picture above! The picture below was taken before the final

The Dolphin Inn also had Katie and Tracey Evans as 2006 Champions of the Ladies Doubles in the Combe Martin Pool League.  Not for the first time were they playing in the Final, and we are delighted to say both players use a cue from Blue Moon Leisure. Pictured below, they look delighted too! Congratulations to you both.

Apart from the ladies doubles, both Tracey and Katie had a good season. Tracey was also runner-up in the Mixed Doubles and Ladies Singles, and Katie won the trophy for being the most consistent  lady player in division one. Watch out next season!
