our staff have seen cues in shops so bent that we would never even consider
sending out.The cues we supply are checked at three stages. The manufacturing stage, when they are put into stock, and again before they get dispatched. Our packing and dispatch is of an extremely high standard, it has to be, some of our products have to go to the other side of the world. They will always require a signature from the customers on delivery, so you can tell if the package is damaged before you accept it.
