An outstanding 3/4 jointed snooker cue, made in the UK by the worlds oldest cue manufacturers, Peradon.
Peradon cues are renowned for being manufactured from only the finest quality materials, and the Carlisle is no exception. Carefully selected North American Ash is machine spliced to a high quality ebonex butt section. Ebonex is a composition material specially developed by Peradon to be a more consistent density than timber and therefore provide superior playing characteristics. They’ve further improved upon the ebonex butt by adding a large bubinga front splice with a sycamore veneer.
To achieve their trademark ‘silk smooth’ finish, numerous sanding and finishing processes are then employed before the patented ‘quick release’ joints are fitted to the cue, making it compatible with all extensions in the current Peradon range, Extensions may be fitted into either the 3/4 joint in the cue or into the butt end joint. The 3/4 joint itself is precision turned from a single piece of solid brass and each section is precisely fitted to ensure they align perfectly. As with all Peradon cues this one is equipped with a solid brass ferrule and furnished with a 9.5 – 10mm Elkmaster Tip.
